• Once set up, you will be booked onto our automated scheduling system. 

• An email or text (based on your preference) will be sent to you the evening before we are due to clean your windows.​

• A full invoice is sent once the clean is completed, and a pre authorized payment request is sent to your bank​

• You will be notified by Gocardless 3-5 days after the clean date, that payment is about be automatically collected via Direct Debit. 

This is not a monthly Direct Debit.  Payment will only ever be taken AFTER a clean has taken place.
